3×5 Superior Garden Office kit

The Superior Garden Office is designed with the larger project in mind. At five meters wide, the Superior Garden Office is generous enough to accommodate just about anything and anyone! Whether you’re setting up an office for multiple occupants or creating an entirely new space as an extension to the house, then the Luxury Lodge is the perfect solution for you!  

The Superior Garden Office is our larger sized studio. At 3 x 5m it offers space in abundance for use by family, friends or colleagues alike. A bright and comfortable room to enjoy, with excellent sound proofing qualities and thermal stability. Superior Garden Office is constructed using our next generation Bio-SIP system. Bio-SIP’s are fully sustainable and made from 100% recycled plastic and natural fibers, which provide superior insulation and performance all year round. The floor is also made from Bio-SIP’s whilst the roof is constructed using metal SIP’s, creating a watertight, warm and wonderful space to enjoy throughout all seasons.

With the option of our Superior Garden Office, it is possible to change the flow of the building by adding partition walls and separate areas for storage at your choosing. You may be thinking about adding in a toilet or storage area, or even a kitchenette. These additions can easily be accommodated to ensure our customers achieve their dream layout for optimal usage.

The Superior Garden Office also comes with two full length windows, each measuring 500mm wide, allowing light to enter from two sides. In addition to this, large bi-fold doors measuring 2400mm wide allow for maximum light to enter the building. The doors can be fully retracted to open up the space and create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor environments. 

As the sun moves around the garden room, inside temperatures remain constant owing to the thermal stability and performance of our Bio-SIP’s system. This means that the building doesn’t reach extreme temperatures, unlike other traditional buildings, such as conservatories or summer houses.
